06 May Big Dreams – Career Week
This week, the children have been thoroughly engaged and inspired by our very first Big Dreams Careers Week, which has truly sparked their imaginations. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all the parents who generously gave their time to share their careers and skills with the children. Your contributions made the week a real success.
The children were excited to explore a wide range of professions—designing gardens, meeting a gardener, examining the contents of a doctor’s bag, learning how to create illuminated willow sculptures, listening to each other’s heartbeats, and even carrying teachers on a stretcher. They had the chance to try their hand at being barbers, discover what it’s like to be a firefighter or a park ranger, investigate what’s in our water and how it gets to us, meet cows, and much more.
One key takeaway from the week was that choosing a career can take time, but the most important thing is to find something you truly enjoy doing.
