Last week Gruffalo Class visited Church Farm, Winsley. We were able to explore a variety of farming items and then we learnt about how they all worked and were used. Our favourite were the shepherds crook and the lamb anorak (which helps to keep the lambs warm.) We then got to explore the farm and see the lambs, ewes and rams. We made up the lamb’s milk and filled containers with their food and enjoyed the farm scavenger hunt around the farm where we looked for different animals and farming equipment.
