On the first week back Gruffalo and Elmer Class visited The Egg Theatre in Bath to watch Snow Mice. They travelled into Bath by coach, the children loved spotting all the animals in the fields on the way and were very excited to watch a ‘real’ show. Once inside the theatre, the lights went down and the magic began! The actors brought the story to life with puppets and props and they even involved the children as they came into the audience on their journey to the big hill. The children were absolutely captivated by the show and once back at school, they were re -telling the story in their small world play and drawing and painting the snow mice.
