There were two exciting trips last week. Emler class visited Longleat and took part in amazing animal workshop where they saw pancake tortoises, a python, a tegu, guinea pigs, ferrets and a 10-day old pygmy goat. The children described the differences between reptiles and mammals with confidence. They had a show put on for them by the giant otters, watched how zookeepers weigh meerkats and walked through the lorikeets. Wild Things and BFG class had a fantastic and memorable trip to Bristol Zoo.  Highlights included the interactive learning sessions, where children discovered fascinating facts about animals and conservation. It was a wonderful day full of learning and fun.
